Festival de la Comunidad and Carnitas Cook-Off

This year’s festival was our best yet, with big crowds and tasty carnitas. Join us next fall! The event includes the famous carnitas cook-off,  live music, dance performances and family friendly activities.  This annual event is hosted by the City of Winters Hispanic Advisory Committee.
